This reality is reinforced when we talk about the social rights of children, in respect of which the State has, according to the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the obligation to provide special protection to children throughout all stages of its development and the obligation to consider, as a guiding and primary principle,the principle of the best interests of the child.El objetivo principal de este estudio consiste en determinar el abanico de derechos sociales de que podrían gozar los NNA y las condiciones de su ejercicio. La pregunta que orientará el análisis será ¿cuáles son los derechos sociales de los NNA y cuáles serían las obligaciones del Estado para lograr su efectividad? El trabajo sigue la metodología del análisis dogmático con la técnica del examen documental.Los derechos sociales implican una obligación actual, no futura, de satisfacción paulatina de los mismos.
