The results show that there are institutions with different levels of psychosocial risk, where it finally becomes evident a disjunctive between the instruments applied and the perception of the officials.El presente estudio de tipo Descriptivo - Mixto de Corte Transversal se realizó a la población total de funcionarios de los Juzgados y Tribunal del sur de Chile, teniendo como objetivo evaluar los Factores de Riesgo Psicosociales presentes en los trabajadores de las Instituciones Judiciales ya mencionadas durante el periodo de agosto del año 2017 hasta mayo del año 2018. Los instrumentos utilizados para la recolección de información de esta investigación fueron el cuestionario SUSESO ISTAS-21 versión completa y un Focus Group.
