Summary: |
Geological evidence indicates the existence of a severe erosion process in the coastal area of North Camet, Mar Chiquita district, Buenos Aires, produced, in the opinion of several authors(Schnacket al,1983, p.130 yBunicontroet al, 2012, p.21)by the natural action of the sea as well as by human actions. Our main objective is to determine the extent of the State ́s participation and liability for the actions taken in giving answer to the problems in the area of study. To do this, we will assess the evironmental situation of the area and we will establish the dominant factors that caused the current problems. We will also develop the legal arguments that allow us to measure the government responsibility in the conflictthrough a theoretical framework and the comments of a court case raised as a result of this problem. |
