The attempt of the present essay is to introduce the reader into some analytical elements of the conceptual history, which can be integrated in studies of legal history. The scheme of this introductory writing focuses on exploring some key tools of analysis which are presented in both traditions. Thus, this writing can be seen as a presentation of a bibliographical synthesis which can generate, on the one hand, an interdisciplinary dialog between two different traditions and, on the other, a line of research that can produce interesting profits for the researcher. |
