O descumprimento das obrigações estatais e cidadãs como hipótese do rompimento do contrato socialThis research reviews the classic contract theory that explains the origin of the State and its development in light of different events that have given rise to its study. Much like the people and its modern consideration from citizenship, the State has minimum obligations that on the one hand guarantee the viability of the social contract and on the other hand, in case of contravention, requires that citizens engage in certain conduct aimed at enforcing this structure and ensuring its existence. Therefore, new postulates in constitutional theory are explored, such as authoritarian constitutionalism, especially in reference to the current non-democracy of Venezuela, without leaving aside other precedents in the same line of research.Para citar este artículo / To reference this article / Para citar este artigoGustavo Alberto Manzo-Ugas, “Constitucionalismo autoritario.
