We insist on a transition of laws between the viceroyalty and the long Nineteenth Century that went on until the Mexican Revolution of 1910, with the incorporation of Social Rights under a Guarantee model. Finally, we report some cases of progress in access of information as a fundamental right of the Twenty-First Century.En este artículo damos cuenta de la evolución institucional de la administración de justicia en MéXico desde el periodo virreinal y distinguimos la justicia ordinaria de la jurisdicción extraordinaria que paulatinamente desembocó en la actual incorporación de la doctrina de los derechos humanos al ámbito jurisdiccional. Insistimos entonces en un derecho de transición entre el virreinato y el largo siglo XIX que llega hasta la Revolución mexicana de 1910 con la incorporación de los derechos sociales bajo un modelo que siguió siendo garantista.
