Sumario: Kant´s perpetual peace lies in the fulfillment of articles that resolve conflicts between individuals and countries, among them: the need to establish a cosmopolitan order of hospitality and respect for others. The present paper resides in the Kantian restlessness regarding the cosmopolitan right between the individuals in the multicultural context from the point of view of interculturality. The main investigation lies in establishing a connection between Kantian unrest and the complexity of the effectiveness of human rights in the face of different cultures. The bibliographic research show that the current idea of human rights requires a re-signification and the overcoming of previous theoretical conflicts that prevent the re-signification of human dignity and, consequently, does not allow the insertion of these rights in different cultures.
