Summary: An analysis was made of the conception of mediation and conciliation as alternative means of solving conflicts that have had more success at the global level within the Venezuelan legal framework; Emphasizing from the contemplated in the procedural labor law, which was based on the doctrinal, jurisprudential and labor law revision, for its interpretation a content analysis was carried out applying legal hermeneutics, where it was concluded that such alternative dispute resolution mechanisms , Are legal mechanisms immersed in labor regulations, which seek that those affected resolve their differences in a friendly way, with the intervention of a third party that will ensure that the rights of the persons involved are not violated; These conflict resolution mechanisms must be linked and adapted to the norm established in reference to the principle of inalienability of labor rights and public order.Keyword: Mediation: Reconciliation, Alternative Means of Conflict Resolution, Labor, Conflict, Labor Law.
