Being the objective of the study to develop an instrument to measure the attitude towards self-harm in minors with psychometric characteristics of appropriate validity and reliability, a sample of 290 primary and secondary students between 9 and 15 years old was obtained. The results indicate a scale of 17 items with a Cronbach's Alpha of α = .836 and a factorial structure of three components: cognitive, affective and behavioral, which agree with the tripartite model of attitude components. When verifying the usefulness of the scale, some comparisons were made, and it was obtained that those who have thought about suicide cognitively have more acceptance of self-harm; besides that, men show greater willingness or intention to self-harm.Para el año 2018 murieron 62 mil adolescentes por consecuencia de las autolesiones, un fenómeno cada vez más prevalente en menores de edad. Los estudios mencionan que la autolesión se caracteriza por realizarse de manera deliberada, hacia sí mismo, causando daños físicos al cuerpo y es practicada para regular las emociones como una respuesta adaptativa. Siendo el objetivo del estudio desarrollar un instrumento para medir la actitud hacia la autolesión en menores de edad con características psicométricas de validez y confiabilidad apropiadas, se obtuvo una muestra de 290 estudiantes de primaria y secundaria entre 9 y 15 años. Los resultados indican tener una escala de 17 ítems con un Alfa de Cronbach de α= .836 y una estructura factorial de tres componentes: el cognitivo, el afectivo y el conductual, mismos que concuerdan con la modelo tripartita de los componentes de actitud.
