The objective of this work is to establish how much maneuvering space the Santos Government counted with in the management of its international policy during the 8 years of mandate (2010-2018), in connection with both the internal dynamics and the logics and movements that occurred in the international arena during that period. With hindsight, this work seeks to determine the distance between the initial agenda of the Government, their willingness to implement it, and their actual ability to do so, taking into consideration the specific environment and circumstances of the period. |
