All with the aim of analyzing, under the crucible of the applicable regulations in the matter of intellectual property, the convenience of the prevision of this type of procedureEl presente estudio buscar analizar, en el contexto de las transacciones transfronterizas, la posible corroboración de un proceso de naturaleza cautelar en los eventos en los que se presente un conflicto relacionado con los derechos de propiedad intelectual. El estudio, a más de describir el proceso de suspensión provisional de operaciones aduaneras por violaciones de tales derechos, va sobre la naturaleza de este, haciendo énfasis en las facultades jurisdiccionales otorgadas a autoridades administrativas para el conocimiento de estos procesos judiciales.
