This paper aims to approach the topic of the international mobility processes of the persons and its relation with the rights recognition. For it, there are analyzed the results of semistructured interviews, realized to members of the Argentine judicial system(particularly those who officiate as defenders of foreigners’ rights and other judicial operators)and also some normative changes at the national level. Between the main results, it is important to mention the evidence that there exists a series of symbolic and material obstacles (linked with social representations constructed historically on the foreigners) that make difficult, to the interior of the judicial system, a conception of the migrants, like subjects of rights, entirely universal. |
