The present article has the central scope to present an analytical investigation of the logical and linguistic aspects of the legal norm. Behind the normative statements, a semantic horizon opens, from which we extract normative propositions. Such modalities of propositions perform specific, constitutive and conditional logical-veritative functions for theorems and axioms that are part of the standard deontic logic. From this, the designative object of norms stands out, namely, the object status, the order field designated by the reading of the utterance and its corresponding descriptive-propositional aptitude. The aim is to provide an overview of the logical and linguistic connections of legal norms as sources of normative propositions, presenting a mechanism of connection between the expressive language of legal norms and the designative language of social order.

Por trás dos enunciados normativos, abre-se um horizonte semântico, do qual extraímos proposições normativas. Tais modalidades de proposições desempenham funções lógico-veritativas específicas, constitutivas e condicionais para teoremas e axiomas integrantes da lógica deôntica padrão. A partir disso, destaca-se o objeto designativo das normas, a saber, o status objetal, o campo de ordem designado pela leitura do enunciado e sua correspondente aptidão descritivo-proposicional. Busca-se, assim, tecer um panorama de fundo sobre as conexões lógicas e linguísticas das normas jurídicas enquanto fontes de proposições normativas, apresentando-se um mecanismo de conexão entre a linguagem expressiva das normas jurídicas e a linguagem designativa da ordem social.El presente artículo tiene como objetivo central presentar una investigación analítica de los aspectos lógicos y lingüísticos de la norma jurídica. Por detrás de los enunciados normativos, se abre un horizonte semántico, del que extraemos proposiciones normativas. Tales modalidades de proposiciones desempeñan funciones lógico-veritativas específicas, constitutivas y condicionales para teoremas y axiomas integrantes de la lógica deóntica estándar. A partir de eso, se destaca el objeto designativo de las normas, a saber, el status objetal, el campo de orden designado por la lectura del enunciado y su correspondiente aptitud descriptivo-proposicional.
