Sumario: A year after the entry into force of Act 9/2017, on Public Administration Contracts, it seems be the perfect moment to review and assess the projections of this regulation for the provincial administration. It is also particularly interesting to analyse which are the new developments since last year’s version. Additionally, the said analysis must be carried out always considering the projections of the local regulation in order to identify the regulatory framework and assess the practical application of the LCSP [Public Administration Contracts Act] from the perspective of the Provincial Councils.
