Summary: |

It is also particularly interesting to analyse which are the new developments since last year’s version.
Additionally, the said analysis must be carried out always considering the projections of the local regulation in order to identify the regulatory framework and assess the practical application of the LCSP [Public Administration Contracts Act] from the perspective of the Provincial Councils. |
