Summary: The present work focuses on the evolution of the concept of integration of external resources to prove the solvency of the contracts required by law, as well as a criticism of the lack of regulation in Law 9/2017 on november 8 of Contracts of the Public Sector (onwards LCSP), regarding possible assignments of contracts, or in the lack of related regulation between the figures of the integration of external resources and the subcontracting and the difference between both figures. Finally, mention is made of possible collusive practices in the integration of external media.
