Also, is required to unravel the explain all the problematic that where originate the postulates under the eminent domain present by a couple of verdicts in our Constitutional Court and a sector of the doctrine, which are expressed in the subsequent attempts to make this strange feudal institute be considered as a conceptual cover of natural resources. This work has an essential objective that is the previous purpose, but also seeks to raise an own conceptual axis that were able to assimilate public property (state, regional and municipal) and the different natural resources, all of them now studied and treated legally as two remote and found figures.Es urgente que los recursos naturales sean definidos integralmente en nuestro Derecho. En concreto se necesita completar la noción aplicable a esta materia a partir de revisar su fórmula general (esencialmente funcionalista y económica), y luego tratar de desentrañar toda la problemática que originan los postulados sobre el dominio eminente presentados por un par de sentencias de nuestro TC y un sector de la doctrina, los cuales se manifiestan en los posteriores intentos por hacer que este extraño instituto de origen medioveal sea considerado como la cobertura conceptual de los recursos naturales.
