It is unavoidable in this discursive order to refer to the indivisibility and multilevel guarantee of the fundamental rights and to the decent work.En este texto se estudia profundamente la prohibición de discriminación del artículo 14 del CEDH desde el ámbito laboral. A través del diálogo jurisprudencial mantenido por el TEDH y el TJUE se analiza la discriminación por razón de género o sexo; discapacidad; edad; raza, origen étnico, color y pertenencia a una minoría nacional; nacionalidad; origen social, nacimiento y propiedad o fortuna; lengua; religión o creencia; y opiniones políticas o de otra índole.
