This text studies deeply the prohibition of discrimination of the article 14 of the ECHR from a labour
point of view. It is analyses through the jurisprudential dialogue maintained by the ECHR and
the CJEU the discrimination because of gender or sex; disability; age; race; ethnic origin; colour
and association with a national minority; nationality; social origin; birth and property; language;
religion or faith; and political or other opinion. It is unavoidable in this discursive order to refer
to the indivisibility and multilevel guarantee of the fundamental rights and to the decent work. |
