Summary: This article aims to carry out a conceptual analytical study of the criminal types of human trafficking, as embodied in the Palermo Protocol. Through the deconstruction of each of these criminal types, the article seeks to define and delimit each of their constitutive elements. These latter will be analyzed in light of modern social reality, looking for a redefinition of the international order. Although these types are embodied in the Palermo Protocol, they presuppose, given their socio-legal nature and the closerelationship between them, a great effort to be distinguished and applied in the international factual reality.
