It concludes that it is necessary to adopt coercive measures and develop a culture based on education, to educate law-abiding citizens for the benefit of the community.Según estudios de organismos nacionales e internacionales, se evidencia altos niveles de corrupción en el país, a pesar de adoptar diferentes mecanismos legales. Por eso, se buscó delimitar las raíces de la corrupción en Colombia; la legislación nacionales con mayor corrupción; y las posibles soluciones.
