In this context, and once analyzed the etymological meaning of the new locution of the "documentonomology", this is configured as a reasonably necessary term, whose scientific technique is established by means of a proper methodology consisting in the study of the document questioned from a legal point of view , and whose aim would be in the detection of a crime of documentary falsification, or a different one of another nature, or of an administrative infraction in the ambit of the fiduciary legal traffic, by means of the knowledge of the legal order that regulates it. To this end, it has been possible to develop practical assumptions in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of this new experimental science.El presente artículo inicia su estudio con la ciencia de la documentoscopia desde un enfoque directo y lo más práctico posible, cuya praxis funcional, incardinada en la disciplina auxiliar de la criminalística –contrastada previamente por la doctrina científica, y ante la imprecisión y vacío que aporta la propia definición de aquélla–, lleva a la necesidad de crear un nuevo neologismo científico que se encuentre ramificada fuera de esta disciplina. En este contexto, y una vez analizado el sentido etimológico de la nueva locución de la “documentonomología”, se configura éste como un término razonablemente necesario, cuya técnica científica se establece mediante una metodología propia consistente en el estudio del documento cuestionado desde un plano jurídico, y cuyo objetivo se enmarcaría en la detección de un delito de falsedad documental, u otro de otra índole, o bien de una infracción administrativa en el ámbito del tráfico jurídico fiduciario, mediante el conocimiento del ordenamiento jurídico que lo regulase.
