From this point of view, this paper proposes the formation of student legal clinic popularize of law. Thus, we develop an overview of legal education and the continental tradition in which you enroll, we will show that the legal clinic is designed as teaching practice of law in Colombia, and finally substantiate why include the popularization of the right to through legal clinics is an alternative that would enable him to socially relevant legal education in Latin America.En una facultad de derecho, el consultorio jurídico es el lugar privilegiado donde el estudiante está en contacto directo con las realidades y problemáticas en torno a lo jurídico, donde, además, se pueden posibilitar espacios explícitos de intercambio de saberes que incentiven, a su vez, el debate y la reflexión sobre el rol profesional del estudiante. Desde este punto de vista, en este artículo se propone la formación de un estudiante de consultorio jurídico popularizador del derecho.
