The sources was interviews semi-structured application to organization of students and some administration directors of the Universidad de Antioquia and the theoretical reference where authors like Redorta (2004); Schellenberg (1996); Ruiz Restrepo (2005); Fisas (2004); Correa Ochoa (2003); Gómez García (2012), Alcover de la Hera (2004) y Puerta Lopera (2014).Este texto se deriva de la investigación “Los Conflictos en la Universidad de Antioquia: Administración Central vs Estudiantes, período 2006-2012, en él se abordan en el mismo orden, las categorías fuentes y tipología de conflictos, en la idea de intentar un abordaje a las causas y clasificación de los conflictos que vive la Universidad de Antioquia y las formas en que la Administración Central y los Estudiantes los han entendido y tratado; el escrito relieva para el caso, la falta de una metodología propia de la Universidad para el tratamiento de sus conflictos y presenta las conclusiones y la recomendación.
