The 21st century is the gateway to the universe of digitalization. Our daily life, habits, ways of relating to others and our individual vision to conceive the current reality has changed thanks to the relationship we have with various technological and digital tools. Therefore, it is necessary that children and young people use these advancements for didactic purposes; in such a way that the academic programs include the human-digital relationship. Public policies must be capable to incorporate these tools into the classroom, and for it, reading habits are essential to be taught as an effective way to access knowledge.
