The judgments delivered by the Third Chamber of the Supreme Court during the first two years of validity of the new cassation appeal are examined.El nuevo recurso de casación contencioso-administrativo establece un sistema de admisión basado en la constatación de interés casacional objetivo. El presente trabajo tiene por finalidad estudiar la sentencia que resuelve el recurso de casación, tanto desde su vertiente de interpretación de las normas estatales o del derecho de la Unión sobre las que se apreció el interés casacional objetivo, y la consiguiente fijación de doctrina jurisprudencial, como en la resolución de las pretensiones de las partes.
