This new «Appeal Target» exceeds these limitations, but when delivering the decision on admission to the discretion of the Court, primarily for this form jurisprudence, raises the concern about the attention that should be dispensed to the so-called ius litigatoris. The form and content of this article has been made as the basic text for a scientific debate on the subject.La Ley 7/2015 de 21 de julio modificó la ley de la jurisdicción contencioso administrativa de 1998 incorporando un nuevo modelo de recurso de casación ante el Tribunal Supremo que tiene semejanzas con el writ of certiorari norteamericano y que ha tratado de superar las dificultades que ofrecía el sistema derogado en cuanto al acceso al propio recurso y al ámbito material que era susceptible de revisión. Este nuevo «recurso de casación objetivo» supera dichas limitaciones, pero al entregar la decisión sobre la admisión al criterio del Tribunal, fundamentalmente para que este forme jurisprudencia, plantea la inquietud sobre la atención que deba dispensarse al llamado ius litigatoris.
