After this moment, we will seek to base a proposal for the understanding of an intercultural and decolonial action for which it is necessary to explain some of the approaches of the Mexican philosopher Enrique Dussel in ethics and in the politics of liberation, so this text will have two parts dedicated to this proposal, so at first the features of the ethics of liberation will be drawn and then some policy statements will be made explicit, to close with the description of what in this text is called the action- decolonial-intercultural politics.El artículo realiza un acercamiento a la comprensión del concepto de interculturalidad en clave decolonial con base en los desarrollos que plantean distintos teóricos. Con el fin de desarrollar esta aproximación, en el primer apartado se toman como centro las reflexiones del profesor Oscar Andrés López, a partir del concepto de multiculturalismo. Esto sirve de entrada para el segundo momento, en el cual se aborda el concepto de interculturalidad en clave de la modernidad-colonialidad. Luego, se busca fundamentar una propuesta con el fin de comprender una acción intercultural y decolonial, para lo cual es necesario explicitar algunos de los planteamientos del filósofo mexicano Enrique Dussel con relación a la ética y la política de la liberación. Por tanto, este texto se estructura en dos partes que se dedican a dicha propuesta: en la primera se esbozan los rasgos de la ética de la liberación y, a continuación, se explicitan algunos planteamientos de la política.
