Summary: This study aims to analyze unfair competition, notably, imitation acts that are not intended to confuse the market. For a better understanding of the subject, the study begins with a brief analysis of what is meant by unfair competition, especially its difficult definition and breadth of possibilities. At this point, one searches for criteria to determine this disloyalty, in search of "specific quality". Finally, the study is dedicated to indicating examples of unfair conduct, by means of an act of imitation that does not create confusion, based on the theories taken from the bibliographic review.
