This critical review analyzes the work titled - From Gutemberg to the Internet, by author Henrique Gandelman. The author presents, firstly, a historical context concerning the evolution of copyright, taking into account its national and international protection. In addition, the reflexes of digital technology in the legal system of protection of intellectual creations can be glimpsed, with some issues associated with authorial discipline on the Internet and in the scope of cyberspace. Jurists should pay attention to these authorial perspectives, analyzed in addition to physical space, in light of new technologies and their impacts on copyright. |
