Sumario: The 2017-2018 electoral process was a significant redistribution of political forces in the Mexican State, which, projected in the strictly constitutional scope of the Federation’s constituent parts, implies the possible emergence of jurisdictional conflicts between the orders and organs of government local. It is in this sense that it is considered necessary to analyze if the Mexican local Constitutions contemplate jurisdictional mechanisms that allow to resolve those jurisdictional conflicts and, if appropriate, verify if the design of them corresponds to the needs of the constitutional dogmatic and to the reality that is will materialize shortly.
