society. Take under custody those assaulters is a priority for Law Enforcement
agencies and where there’s no evidences like DNA, camera images or witness, things
going harder. In those cases offender`s criminological profiling could be an answer
to fill the gaps and generate hypothesis. Understanding of those assaulters and
their psychological and demographical characteristics, helps to create those
hypothesiso more deep research in those offences, is needed to deal with guarantees
in the problem. |
