Among the armed groups involved in the political conflict that exists in Colombia since the sixties to date have participated the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia FARC Camilista- Union Army UC-ELN National Liberation Army People's Liberation EPL Movement April 19 M-19 AUC United Self Colombia, among others; well known ultra-right groups and military service of the State. lt then argues that political violence originated in various factors related to land issues, political exclusion, inequality, etc., causes the mid-twentieth century converged to the formation of subversive groups and, therefore, for the gestation of the longest armed conflict in world history. For the development of the text bibliographic or documentary method consisted of collecting, organizing, organize and analyze information found in books, statements, articles, etc., on political violence in Colombia was used.
