The above situation allows us to analyze in this paper, the impact of the legal system, law and orden prevalent application according to the ranking and relevance of standards that make it up and the creation of laws produced by the Constitutional Court as the interpretative body of the higher standard in resolving cases.La preocupación desde la academia por la formación de un abogado competente para desenvolverse en un sistema de derecho predilecto al cambio nos lleva de manera apremiante a analizar ¿Cuál es el sistema jurídico que está operando en Colombia?, para luego de ello estudiar si los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje en el aula de clase apuntan al fortalecimiento de las competencias ideales para el abogado actual.
