The it consider wheter the processes teaching - learning in the classroom aimed at strengthening the skills ideal for current lawyer. The above situation allows us to analyze in this paper, the impact of the legal system, law and orden prevalent application according to the ranking and relevance of standards that make it up and the creation of laws produced by the Constitutional Court as the interpretative body of the higher standard in resolving cases. |
