Afin d’accomplir cet objectif, l’on exposera la genèses des risques psychosociaux, ainsi qu’une évaluation des actions visant à protéger les personnes de la prévention ou sanction du comportement défini comme harcèlement professionnel. De cette manière l’on finira par proposer une interprétation extensive de l’institution juridique à tous ceux qui exercent une activité marchande ou de travail, sans s’intéresser quel type de contrat de travail puisse avoir le travailleur en causeO presente artigo procura estabelecer quaissão as qualidades de uma pesso a como sujeito passivo no assédio trabal histana Colômbia. Para lograr lo anterior, el artículo escudriñaen la génesis del riesgo psicosocial, y evalúa las acciones que protegen a las personas de la prevención o sanción de las conductas determinadas como acoso laboral.
