Solé considers the canonical work of Catalanism, formulated during the Restoration by Prat de la Riba. Trujillo is a lucid commentator on the constitutional system of 1978, that is, the autonomous State.Este estudio se propone la exposición y evaluación de la contribución de tres importantes autores a la problemática de la organización territorial española. Su foco principal consiste en el estudio de la relación del federalismo, en su versión ideal o posible, con el nacionalismo. La obra de Azaola, que comienza con el análisis de la cuestión vasca, es de antes de 1978. Solé Tura considera el trabajo canónico del catalanismo de la Restauración de Prat de la Riba.
