It aims to find new comprehensions and tools to move forward the fulfillment of the human right to sustainable development from a rereading of Clausewitz.En el año 2015 se aprobaron documentos que guiarán la cooperación internacional al desarrollo global. Entre ellos destaca la Agenda 2030 para el Desarrollo Sostenible. A partir de ella, el derecho humano al desarrollo debe repensarse como derecho humano al desarrollo sostenible, lo cual requerirá de cambios en la cooperación internacional. Este trabajo parte de recuperar el lazo entre cooperación y conflicto.
