The aim of this article is to undertake the
reader into the Alternative Dispute Resolution
Methods, by making an analysis of this new
culture that in a few years has gained ground
in our country. Up to now, the application of
these non-adversarial procedures that have
successfully solved conflicts in other countries
producing sufficient data on the success of
conflicts in a simpler way, without so many
formalities, and above all avoiding increasing
the conflicts among the parties. A reflection is
made on the role of these mechanisms, as well
as the advantages and consequences of mediation
within the solution of family conflicts. |
