Se han despojado los territorios que aún conservaban los descendientes de los pueblos originarios, con la finalidad de explotar de manera irracional sus recursos naturales a pesar de su relación directa con el debido proceso. Ese atentado ha sido perpetrado, en un alto número de casos, con la colaboración de los gobiernos que se prestan a colaborar con el capital e interés de las empresas transnacionales.
