Discute las tensiones ideológicas que surgen de la implementación de éstas en el contexto del neoliberalismo y de un Estado subsidiario. Introduce la concepción psicoanalítica del sufrimiento y sus relaciones con lo político, vinculándolo con la estructura del lazo social y el enfoque de diversidad cultural.
