Lastly, we use field notes from our ethnographic studies on youth nightlife environments in Magaluf – a touristic zone famous for its party atmosphere - and at various Spanish raves and discuss the advantages and limitations of these particular tools.El presente artículo expone un análisis de la metodología etnográfica y las nuevas innovaciones que han ido surgiendo en los últimos tiempos a este respecto. De esta forma, tras analizar someramente el estado de la etnografía en la Criminología española, pasamos a presentar la Etnografía Instantánea y la Autoetnografía.
