El artículo realiza una crítica de las sentencias y hace hincapié en la escasa argumentación utilizada, sus múltiples contradicciones internas y el contexto general en que se han producido.The Constitutional Court declared invalid, by means of three sentences published in 2016, the main laws that the Valencian Government enacted in order to develop the competency that the Statute of Autonomy, in the drafting passed in 2006, bestowed in matters of civillaw.
