Analysis of the work-health relationship with regard to changes resulting from labor flexibility has become a challenge to a new theoretical, methological and technical research field in the process of formation.Este ensayo trata de establecer elementos imprescindibles históricos y conceptuales determinantes de las transformaciones surgidas, en particular, de la crisis de la sociedad mexicana, en la esfera del trabajo y que han generado repercusiones fundamentales en las condiciones laborales, y en la vida y salud de los trabajadores y sus familias. A reality defined by changes due to the crisis of Mexican society has generated fundamental rcpercussions in the lives and health of workers and their families.
