We have determined the condition of life, labor and health of the 44 children and adolescent workers that they are part of Program "To Grow in La Victoria" and they work in the Municipal garbage collector, supermarkets, cementery, shipper and water carrier "house and house"; we have developed the instrument named "Integral History for the Child Worker Evaluation", which was aplicated in base of interviau and physical test to each of them. The average age of group was 12.1 ≠ 2.2 years, which of them 95.3% were male. The numerous families and bad constituid and sub-mployed fathers. 23% abandoned theirs school, with 73% of collegial repetition. The age to start working was between 5 and 14 years, which significated the age average of 2.3 years, for the moment of present study. The labor most frecuently were: the supermarket shipper, recollecters and sellectioners of materials in the Municipal garbage collectors. There were high expotition to mechanical, chemical and phisical (rise up load or over weight) risk. The accident and disease related with the ocupation, were 23% and 32% respectively. The patology most frecuently was the cronical desnutrition (47.7%). That all indicates the necesit of the integral attention, especialist and multidisciplinary for the child worker.

That all indicates the necesit of the integral attention, especialist and multidisciplinary for the child worker.Se determinan las condiciones de vida, trabajo y salud de 44 niños y adolescentes trabajadores que forman parte del Programa "Crecer en la Victoria" y trabajan en el Vertedero Municipal de Basura, supermercados, cementerio y como cargadores de mercancía y agua en los barrios; se desarrolló un instrumento denominado "Historia Médica Integral del Niño y Adolescente Trabajador", el cual fue aplicado a través de una entrevista y examen físico. El promedio de edad del grupo de estudio es de 12,1≠ 2,2 años, de los cuales el 95,3% eran varones. De familias numerosas y mal constituidas, con bajo nivel de ocupación de sus padres. En relación a la deserción escolar se presentó en el 23% de los menores, con un 73% de repitencia escolar. La edad de inicio al trabajo se produjo entre los 5 y los 14 años, lo cual significó que para el momento del estudio la mayoría tenía trabajando un promedio de 2,3 años. Las ocupaciones más frecuentes fueron el trabajo en los supermercados (empaquetadores) y como recolectores y seleccionadores de materiales en el Vertedero Municipal de Basura. Hubo alta exposición a riesgos mecánicos, químicos y levantamiento de cargas. Los accidentes y enfermedades relacionadas con el trabajo se presentaron en el 23 % y 32% respectivamente. La patología más frecuente fue la desnutrición crónica (47,7%).
