Summary: In the last ten years, the changes in work organization with more strength, some as, the labour flexibility and productive process fragmentation have impacted the working force differentially by their sex, this is motivated on the working distribution by sex. The laborer women are on disadvantageous laboring conditions in comparison to laborer men. The tendency is a general precarious working conditions with a major press on the laborer women. In this situation, the laborer political for women strengthens the ideas that women work is secondary and, that their salary is a complementary family´s income. The labour political with genus equity, should be oriented to take the women´s social disadvantages in comparison to the occupational categories and the occupations sectors, in wich women has access, so as, promoting labour stability, a fear remuneration and supporting to attend biological and social reproduction's family's demands. The labour politicals ought to contemplate the work the work centrality in women's life, promote their acces to stable employs and with the best posite remuneration, formulating political action directrix to overcome the impact of working distribution by sex in the employs.
