To analyse the efects of the laboral process in the health of the workers of production and administratives of the one parts cars enterprise, in the metropolitan zone of the Mexico City. Was studied one representative sample of 203 workers (N=503). To collection at the information to used a guide for the ergonomic analysis from the post of work and a investigation epidemilogy validity in the mexican population workers. The enterprise in study to dedicate at the manufacture and commercialization to assemble for gasoline motors, the which to export a several Countries. The 60% of the workers are men and the 40% woman. The average of age is to 34 years old. The principal problems to the conditions of work are the demands relations with the strict vigilance and with the quantity and intensity of work: to recur, concentration, quota of production. The health problem more frecuently are the muscleskeletal, the industrial
accident, the fatigue, the psychosomatic troubles and the irritation illnesses (eyes, ears, respiratory diseases and skin). This finded associate to the extension at the working day, the demands ergonomics, the strict supervision and to the smokes, gases and vapors. To conclude that every time are more frequent in the industry the profiles to the workers where predominant the work demands over the risks due to changes so immportants that have to suffer this industries, so much for the technological development, how for the work conditions and the forms of work organization the same. |
