The last point goes through the different constitutional conceptions planned on the investiture and the control of Government.Este trabajo parte de la nueva textura política que generaron las elecciones de diciembre de 2015, en las que el bipartidismo fue sustituido por un sistema multipartido. Desde esta premisa se analizan los esfuerzos por establecer unas nuevas reglas de praxis política. Se da cuenta, así, de los fracasados intentos por lograr una mayoría de amplio espectro y otra de Gobierno transversal, para terminar estudiando el proceso que ha llevado al Gobierno en minoría de Mariano Rajoy.
