Summary: The intention of this paper is to analyze the particularities that presents the control of Environment and sickness at work have been approached by classical labor-law theory through a dogmatic view only. Here, however, they will be portrayed through workers' history, the dialogue between critical labor-law theory and other social theories, from the point of view of social movements and theories of social movements. Therefore, the neutralization of the advance of psychophysical diseases - which are transformed throughout industrialism - can only be seen through collective movements or overcoming the crises of trade unionism. Thus, through an analytical version that highlights social movements and makes an option among theories of social movements, an epistemological cut that privileges the Right to Trade Union on Individual Right and not only assigns to the so-called instituted powers the capacity to prevent advances in social pathologies that affect the world of work, it is possible to reject the "Labor Reform", which attacks the foundations of Labor Law and the country's Constitution.
