However, the discipline ruling the testimony given by a minor remains fragmentary, unclear and sometimes conflicting with the cornerstones of adversary system.El Autor plantea una reflexión acerca de los aspectos jurídicos y las problemáticas aplicativas relativas a la audición de un sujeto menor de edad en un proceso penal a la luz de los cambios legislativos internos introducidos para adaptarse a las disposiciones europeas.
